  100 Chain 1-1/4" Pitch Weld-On Sprockets
• Burns catalog number indicates chain size, number of teeth on sprocket, and hub series required
(Example: 10010X = 100 series chain, 10 tooth sprocket, that requires an X series hub)
• Low hydrogen electrodes recommended
Larger sprockets are to be welded as pictured middle, and smaller sprockets are to be welded as pictured right (So weld will not interfere with chain); to weld:
1. Hold parts in place with C-Clamp
2. Tack weld in two places
3. Remove C-Clamp and weld continuously
** = Sprockets that may not be used with an XX series hub
